We don’t just roll in with a machine and hope for the best. Our carpet cleaning process is designed to deliver powerful results without damaging your carpet or your home.
- Pre-Inspection – We start by walking through your space with you to assess the condition of your carpet, identify problem areas, and discuss any concerns or high-traffic zones you want us to focus on. This helps us tailor the cleaning to your specific needs.
Pre-Treatment – Next, we apply a safe, professional-grade pre-spray that loosens up the dirt, oils, and gunk that’s been living rent-free in your carpet fibers. We let it dwell just long enough to do its magic without harming your carpet.
Hot Water Extraction – Also known as steam cleaning, this step uses our powerful truck-mounted system to inject hot water deep into the carpet and extract it all out along with dirt, allergens, and bacteria. It’s like giving your carpet a deep-tissue massage, but cleaner.
Spot Treatment – Stubborn spots? Not a problem. We break out the specialty solutions and tools to give extra attention to stains that didn’t lift during the main extraction.
Grooming & Drying – We finish by grooming the carpet to stand the fibers up and reduce matting. This not only speeds up drying but also helps your carpet look fresh and fluffed like it just got back from a spa day.
And yes, we use corner guards to protect your walls from hoses. Because clean carpets shouldn’t come with scuffed paint.
